The Wankers “Win Two Free Tickets” Sweepstakes

Sponsor: Rockstar Events, doing business as The Wankers, 289 riverwalk way clifton NJ 07014 (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 11/1 12pm est and continues until terminated by Sponsor. Each drawing period runs for approximately fourteen days and ends at 1/16/27. Sponsor may announce updated drawing periods on the entry page.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, band members, agents, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

How to Enter: During a drawing period, visit https://www.thewankers.net/signup and complete the online entry form with your name, email address, and nearest show location. Limit one entry per person per drawing period. Multiple accounts, automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries submitted using fraudulent information may be disqualified.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s odds of winning. Entry into the Sweepstakes is not conditioned on consenting to promotional marketing. Marketing consent may be provided separately and is optional.

Drawings and Odds: One potential winner will be selected at random every two weeks from all eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize: One winner will receive two tickets to one of Sponsor’s upcoming  announced shows, subject to ticket availability and venue restrictions. Approximate retail value: $40. The winner is responsible for transportation, accommodation, food, taxes, and all other expenses not expressly included. No cash alternative is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification: Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email within two days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 48 or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor will never require payment, banking details, or a purchase to claim the prize.

Publicity: By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and approved statement for promotional purposes, where permitted by law, without additional compensation. The winner may decline publicity where required by law.

General Conditions: Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts unfairly. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its control impair its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technically defective entries; website, email, or network failures; or events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, disputes will be governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and resolved individually in the courts located in PASSAIC County, NJ. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy: Information submitted is handled according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy below.

The Wankers, operated by Rockstar Events (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information submitted through thewankers.net, including the Sweepstakes entry form.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Nearest show or city

  • Sweepstakes entry and drawing information

  • Communications preferences

  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and website activity

Please do not submit sensitive information, payment details, or government identification through the entry form.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Administer the Sweepstakes

  • Contact potential winners

  • Deliver tickets and related communications

  • Send show announcements, pre-sale information, merch updates, and giveaways where you have provided marketing consent

  • Maintain entry records and prevent fraud

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and marketing systems

  • Comply with legal obligations

Marketing Communications

Marketing emails will be sent only where permitted by law and according to your communication preferences. Every commercial email will identify the sender and include an unsubscribe mechanism. U.S. commercial email rules require accurate sender information and a functional opt-out process. 

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at theeankersnj@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary Sweepstakes-related communications.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Email and marketing service providers, including MailerLite

  • Website and form providers, including Squarespace

  • Ticketing, venue, and fulfillment providers where necessary

  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when legally required

  • A successor entity if our business is sold or reorganized

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may use cookies, analytics, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand traffic, measure campaigns, and improve user experience. You may control cookies through your browser and, where applicable, our cookie settings.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for Sweepstakes administration, business records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and the purposes described above.

Children

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
